# Teams Analytics Dashboard

## Understanding Your Team Dashboard

The Team Dashboard is your command center for tracking your organization's AI adoption and ROI.

### The AI Readiness Score

The **AI Readiness Score** (0-100) is a single metric designed to show how prepared your workforce is for the future. It is calculated based on three weighted factors:

1. **Report Coverage (30%)**: Are your employees generating career reports?
   * *Goal*: Each member should generate at least 3 career impact reports.
2. **Skill Coverage (30%)**: Are employees actively tracking their skills?
   * *Goal*: Each member should be tracking at least 5 skills.
3. **Engagement Rate (40%)**: Are employees logging in and using the platform?
   * *Goal*: High weekly active usage across the team.

**Score Key:**

* **0-40**: Low Readiness. Encouragement needed.
* **40-70**: Developing. Good momentum.
* **70-100**: AI Ready. Your team is actively upskilling.

### Member Status Indicators

In the Member list, you will see status indicators for each employee:

* ● **Active**: Has logged in within the last 7 days.
* ● **At Risk**: Has not logged in for 14–30 days. Consider sending a nudge.
* ● **Dormant**: Has not logged in for 30+ days.

### Usage Statistics

We track specific usage metrics to help you demonstrate ROI:

* **Total Reports Generated**: The sum of all AI Career Reports created by your team.
* **Skills Tracked**: Total number of unique skills being monitored across your organization.
* **Resumes Built**: Number of resume variations created using the AI builder.

### Team Skills Overview

The analytics tab displays the **Top Skills** in your organization. This word cloud or list shows which skills are most common among your team members, helping you identify your team's collective strengths (e.g., "Python", "Project Management", "Digital Marketing").
