### Overview

Melo is your personal AI Career Coach, available on **Pro Basic** and **Pro Standard** plans. Melo is designed to provide real-time, personalized guidance throughout your career journey, helping you interpret data, find opportunities, and polish your professional presence.

### How to Access Melo

You can find Melo in several places throughout Skillmelo:

* **Careers Page**: A dedicated "Ask Melo" button is available on every career path.
* **Floating Chat**: Look for the floating "Melo" pill icon at the bottom right of your screen.
* **Dashboard**: Quick access to coach insights.

### Key Capabilities

Melo is trained on your specific profile data (careers, skills, and reports) to help you:

* "Based on my current skills, what's my best path to becoming a Senior Product Manager?"
* "Which of my transition options has the lowest automation risk?"

### Help with AI Impact Reports

Melo understands the complex data in your AI Impact Reports. You can ask:

* "Melo, can you explain why my automation risk is 65%?"
* "What are the most positive trends mentioned in my latest report?"
* "Help me understand the 'Skill Gaps' section of my career analysis."

### Usage Credits

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, Melo usage is based on daily credits:

* **Pro Basic**: 5 credits per day — a taste of Melo to help you start exploring.
* **Pro Standard**: 50 credits per day — full access for intensive career coaching.
* **Teams**: 50 credits per day (same as Pro Standard).
* **Reset**: Credits reset every 24 hours at midnight.
* **Tracking**: Your remaining daily credits are shown in the Melo chat window itself.

### Privacy & Data

Melo only accesses the data you've added to Skillmelo to provide personalized advice. We do not use your conversations to train global models, and your personal data remains private and secure.
